Wow, we are overwhelmed with how successful The Good Run was. This was our first event and I’m not going to lie sometimes we were unsure what we were doing. But we worked together with our friends, family and some amazing sponsors and we pulled off a great event! A 10k/Half marathon race along the Little Miami Bike Trail was the perfect choice as our first of many events!

2020 was a tough year and as 2021 approached we knew we had to find a way to bring people together. We could sense everyone needed that human contact, that connection. A race was a way for us to do this while also being safe. This race gave our community hope. It was one of the first races that wasn’t virtual. The energy was electric. The way people smiled at each other and cheered each other on, even though most were strangers brought life back to our souls. It was a beautiful thing to see.

Even though it was a brutally HOT race, the runners finished and finished strong! We can’t wait to keep this race going year after year and hope to see you Spring 2022!
